Select your preferred avatar, scenery, music, and length of time and be guided through an immersive body scan meditation conducted by Zen Master Nissim Amon. The program offers a selection of four distinct meditation music tracks, four beautifully animated backgrounds, and eight different avatars to enhance your experience.

The Progressive Body Scan meditation is chosen for its effectiveness in promoting relaxation by releasing stress and muscle tension from the body. This act of stress reduction is often overlooked in our daily lives. The ancient Vipassana technique is innovatively adapted in this application to guide users through a tranquil and mindful body scanning experience that progressively eliminates layers of stress with each session, delving deeper into relaxation.
